  1. Program Eligibility: The Mineralogie Collectors' Circle is open to all customers with a registered account. Like the Earth's minerals, we welcome everyone regardless of location, though shipping benefits may vary by region.
  2. Point Accrual: Crystal Points are earned on the pre-tax purchase amount and will appear in your account within 24 hours of order completion—almost as fast as pyrite forms in cooling magma!
  3. Tier Qualification: Formation Layers are determined by lifetime spend and evaluated in real time. Tier benefits become active immediately upon qualification—no geological aeons of waiting!
  4. Point Redemption: Crystal Points may be redeemed during checkout or through your account dashboard. The minimum redemption is 100 Crystal Points. Like carefully extracting a specimen, the action cannot be reversed once points are redeemed.
  5. Program Modifications: The Mineralogie Company reserves the right to modify the program structure with 30 days' notice. Just as the Earth continues to create new mineral formations, we may enhance our program over time.
  6. Inactivity: Accounts with no activity for 24 consecutive months may be considered dormant, and points may be reset, similar to how minerals can transform under changing conditions.
